By using How I Become a Millionaire AI or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We operate an independent entertainment service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, ChatGPT, or the original meme creator.

What you are buying

A one-time payment buys 1 or 3 video generations for your account at the price shown at checkout. Each generation uses one photo to create one 13-second vertical AI video at 720p with AI-generated audio. Choose a person or pet version. Use generations one at a time and keep unused generations in your account. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

The video follows the ChatGPT millionaire meme's question and reaction. It uses newly generated footage and dialogue. It does not include the original creator's footage or recording. It is entertainment, not financial advice or a promise of income.

Your photo and permission

You must have permission to use the photo you upload. For a human video, upload yourself or an adult who agreed to appear. Pet photos must be yours or used with permission. You give us permission to process the photo and send it to Replicate to create and deliver your requested video.

Do not upload public figures, children, people without their consent, sexual content, or unlawful material. Do not use output to impersonate someone, harass people, fabricate an endorsement, or mislead viewers about real events. Make it clear that the video is AI-generated when you share it.

AI output and delivery

AI can change the face, hands, clothing, scene, dialogue, or timing. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, exact wording, perfect lip sync, or a specific reaction. Public examples show the general style. Your result will differ.

Your order page displays progress and the finished MP4. Generation usually requires several minutes and may take longer when the provider is busy. Sign in to My videos to return to an order. Save a copy of the result to your device. We do not promise permanent file storage.

Refunds

If a technical failure prevents us from delivering the video, we refund that generation's share of your payment to the original payment method. A one-generation purchase is refunded in full. For a pack, we divide the payment as evenly as possible among its generations, rounded to whole cents, and refund the failed generation's allocated amount. Other unused generations stay in your account. The refunded generation is not also returned to your balance. Your bank determines when the refund appears.

A completed video is a personalized digital product. An imperfect AI likeness or a difference in style does not automatically qualify for a refund. For an order problem, email support@howibecomeamillionaireai.com with the order reference. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Your use of the video

You remain responsible for how you share and use the output. Using a meme does not grant rights to a creator's name, likeness, music, or other third-party material. Do not present generated content as a recording of an actual event. If you add outside music or footage, obtain any required permission.
