What happens before and after checkout.
Do the packs renew?
No. Both are one-time purchases. We do not charge a subscription or renew your pack.
Do I use all three videos at once?
No. Each new video uses one generation and one photo. Unused generations stay in your account. You can use a different photo and choose Person or Pet next time.
What happens after payment?
Your first video starts generating. Your order page shows progress and the MP4 when it is ready. Allow about 2 to 15 minutes, with longer waits during busy periods. Sign in to My videos to return later.
Can I see my result before I pay?
We create your personalized video after payment. Watch the example before buying. AI can change facial details, the scene, timing, and dialogue. Exact likeness and perfect lip sync are not guaranteed.
What if generation fails?
If a technical failure prevents delivery, we refund the failed generation's share of the payment. Other unused generations stay in your account. A completed video with an imperfect AI likeness does not automatically qualify for a refund. Read the refund policy.
